All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities of products offered for any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction from time to time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. My Store reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until My Store confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process payment before accepting an order. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as My Store may not be able to fulfill requests to cancel an order after acceptance. In the event an order is rejected, modified, or canceled, we will notify you by contacting you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number you provided when submitting the order.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that you are purchasing for personal or household use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and offers are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the effective price at the time of order submission and will be visible in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified, published prices do not include taxes, customs fees, or shipping, handling, and import costs.
Prices published in our online stores may differ from prices offered in physical or online stores or other third-party operated stores. From time to time, we may offer promotions on the Services that affect prices and are subject to terms and conditions independent of these Terms. In case of a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the terms of the promotion will prevail.
For all purchases made in our stores, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase, payment, and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays attributable to shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. 

All EFFE23 creations are made to order, because each piece is unique and handcrafted according to the customer's requests and characteristics. On average, it takes about 10/15 working days from order to shipping, as I am the only one who creates each individual piece of jewelry with passion and care.
Times may vary slightly depending on the period and workload, but I always try to maintain maximum punctuality. Once shipped, your jewelry will be delivered within 24/48 working hours by courier (excluding islands) for Italy.
For international shipments, delivery times may be longer depending on the destination.

Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, as well as the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by My Store, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by United States and international patent, copyright, and intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our written consent. My Store's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of My Store or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of My Store. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be given access to third-party customer tools through the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control or input over.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

My Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases you make in our Store are directly between you and My Store. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with My Store.
